U-STUCCO™ XPX
Lightweight Performance
U-STUCCO™ XPX is our lightest formula making it the lightest stucco in the industry. This ultra-lightweight, insulated, and fireproof base coat is engineered for superior energy efficiency, delivering an R-value of 2.2 per inch along with exceptional waterproof durability and crack resistance.
Reinforced with polypropylene (PP) fibers, XPX provides a higher R-value than HPX while remaining the most popular and most affordable product in our line. Applied up to 1” thick in a single pass, it reduces structural load without compromising adhesion or long-term performance.
Ideal Substrates:
AAC blocks, CMU, ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms), standard concrete, 3D-printed concrete, MgO panels, and fiber cement boards.
Perfect as a primary exterior layer for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, XPX combines lightweight design with proven fireproofing and thermal insulation for unmatched value and performance.
U-STUCCO™ HPX
High-Strength Protection
U-STUCCO™ HPX is formulated with a higher Portland cement ratio, delivering enhanced compressive strength, durability, and impact resistance compared to XPX. Designed for high-traffic and high-impact environments, it can be used as a robust standalone system or as a top coat over XPX for added resilience.
Like XPX, HPX is reinforced with polypropylene (PP) fibers, ensuring superior crack resistance and long-term durability. Applied up to 1” thick in a single pass, it provides U-STUCCO’s core benefits fireproofing, insulation, and waterproofing with greater toughness.
Ideal Substrates:
EPS, XPS, Polyiso, RockWool, DensGlass, and ZipSystem in addition to all application areas suitable for XPX (AAC, CMU, ICF, concrete, 3D-printed concrete, MgO, and fiber cement boards).
HPX is the preferred choice where maximum durability and impact resistance are critical, such as schools, hospitals, commercial spaces, and industrial facilities.
U-STUCCO™ SFX
Smooth Architectural Finish
U-STUCCO™ SFX is a premium smooth-finish stucco designed as a top coat over XPX or HPX, delivering a refined, architecturally elegant surface without compromising performance. Its VOC-free formula makes it safe for both interior and exterior applications, including walls and ceilings.
SFX enhances aesthetics with a seamless, polished finish while maintaining U-STUCCO’s core benefits — fireproofing, waterproofing, and crack resistance. Applied as a final layer, it transforms durable base coats into high-end architectural surfaces that meet modern design standards.
